A: You can choose to exchange it, gift it, or donate the item to your favorite charity. 


Q: How do you know my style and my sizes? 

A: We start with a one-on-one style consultation. I have asked these questions for years to understand my clients' style. 


Q: What if I don’t like something in my box? 

A: This is why your honest feedback and communication make this service a success. If you find that I have added something you don’t love, we will make it right by discussing why it was added and how to style it. If you still don’t love it, we will exchange it for something you will love. 

 

Q: What if I want to switch my subscription type or frequency of my subscription? 

A: You can change your subscription anytime by reaching out to me via text. 

 

Q: What if I have a question about how to style something in my subscription box?

A: Your style box subscription gives you access to your stylist as long as you're subscribed. Simply send me a text with your questions, and I will respond within 12 hours.

 

Q: What if I need to pause my subscription? 

A: No problem, you can pause your subscription for up to 6 months, just send me a text before your next payment. 

 

Q: When do you charge my credit card, and how do you store my personal information? 

A: You can choose the 1st, 5th, 10th, or 15th. Your credit card and personal information are stored through Stripe and are encrypted. Number46 doesn’t have access to your credit card number. 

 

Q: What if I want to try out a box before I subscribe?

A: We offer a one-time style box for $250.00
