A: You can choose to exchange it, gift it, or donate the item to your favorite charity.
Q: How do you know my style and my sizes?
A: We start with a one on one style consultation. I have spent years asking these questions to get to know my clients.
Q: What if I don’t like something in my box?
A: This is why your honest feedback and communication make this service a success. If you do find that I have added something you don’t love, I will make it right by talking through why it was added and how to style it. If you still don’t love it - we will exchange it for something you will love.
Q: What if I want to switch my subscription type or frequency of my subscription?
A: You can change your subscription anytime by reaching out to me via text.
Q: What if I have a question about how to style something in my subscription box?
A: Your style box subscription gives you access to your stylist as long as you're subscribed. Simply send me a text with your questions and I will get back to you with in 12 hours maybe sooner.
Q: What if I need to pause my subscription?
A: No problem, you can pause your subscription for up to 6 months, just send me a text before your next payment.
Q: When do you charge my credit card and how do you store my personal information?
A: You can choose the 1st, 5th, 10th, or 15th. Your credit card and personal information is stored through Square and is encrypted. Number46 doesn’t have access to your credit card number.
Q: What if I want to try out a box before I subscribe?
A: We offer a one time box for $120.00
